Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Natural Brand Store pieces as much as we do.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

Because many of our pieces are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, we encourage you to review product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order. If you have questions, we’re always happy to help before you buy.

Earrings Policy (Hygiene & Safety)

For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Our earrings are made with care and feature hypoallergenic plastic backs for sensitive ears, but we cannot accept returns once they’ve been worn or tried on.

Product Care & Fragility

Each piece from Natural Brand Store is handcrafted using natural materials, including tagua nut (often called vegetable ivory).

Because of their artisanal nature:

• Pieces may vary slightly in color, shape, or texture

• Jewelry can be delicate and may break if dropped, thrown, or hit against hard surfaces

We recommend handling your jewelry with care and storing it safely when not in use to preserve its beauty.
